Event Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket or attending this event, you agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
Attendance and participation are at your own risk. You acknowledge that events may involve loud music, strobe lighting, crowded areas, and physical activity, which carry inherent risks that could result in personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss.
You voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or losses you may incur.
2. Liability Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the event organizers, promoters, staff, contractors, and venue accept no liability for injury, illness, death, property damage, theft, or any other loss suffered by attendees, however caused.
Organizers are not responsible for the actions, negligence, or misconduct of other attendees or third parties.
3. Conduct & Safety
Attendees must comply with all venue rules, health and safety requirements, and instructions given by event staff and security.
Any dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
Alcohol and drug policies will be enforced in line with New Zealand law.
No outside alcohol, glass bottles, weapons, or illegal substances are permitted on site.
4. Tickets & Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except as set out in these terms or as required by New Zealand law.
Ticket Pricing
Ticket prices may change at any time due to demand, promotions, or other factors. The price you pay at the time of purchase is final. No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be provided if ticket prices are later changed, discounted, or re-released.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or duplicated tickets. Only the first valid ticket scanned will be admitted.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 14 days after the rescheduled event date.
If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
No refunds will be provided for additional costs such as travel or accommodation, unless required by law.
5. Event Changes & Cancellation
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event (including lineup, start/finish times, venue, or format) without obligation to refund, unless required by law.
Refunds for cancellation or rescheduling will be processed to the original payment method.
6. Entry Conditions
Entry may be refused to anyone:
Without valid ID or proof of age where required
Appearing intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or behaving in a disorderly manner
Carrying prohibited or dangerous items
Searches may be conducted upon entry, and prohibited items may be confiscated.
7. Media & Privacy
By entering the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and agree that such material may be used for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation.
Personal data provided during ticket purchase will be handled in accordance with New Zealand privacy laws.
8. Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, extreme weather, or acts of terrorism.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, promoters, and venue from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions, negligence, or breach of these terms.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Your purchase of a ticket and/or entry to the event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
